In the future, we’ll welcome visitors to stay in cozy adobe guesthouses, each hand-built with traditional methods and designed to blend into the high-desert scenery. These farmstays will give guests a chance to:
- Wake up to the sounds of quail and roosters.
- Join in daily farm chores or workshops.
- Experience regenerative farming and heritage culture firsthand.
🍴 Pueblo-Style Outdoor Kitchen & Event Space
Food is community, and we’re building a space that reflects that. Our semi-outdoor adobe kitchen house will be designed for cooking with wood and charcoal — conserving solar power while honoring traditional methods of preparing food. This space will be used for:
- Farm-to-table meals.
- Hands-on cooking classes.
- Community dinners and cultural celebrations.

La Codorniz Ranch will also be available as a special events venue. Imagine saying “I do” under the desert sky, surrounded by adobe walls, orchards, and mountains. Our outdoor kitchen and gathering spaces will provide a unique backdrop for:
