2. Products, Services & CSA Memberships

  • CSA memberships are seasonal. Exact produce contents may vary depending on harvest conditions, weather, and availability.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Perishable goods (such as produce, eggs, or prepared foods) are not eligible for refunds once delivered.
  • Deposits for farmstays, events, or workshops may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at booking.

4. Farmstays & Event Rentals (Future Services)

  • Guests must follow farm safety rules at all times.
  • La Codorniz Ranch LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost property.
  • Alcohol consumption and pets may be restricted; details will be provided at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Our farm may involve animals, tools, and natural hazards. By visiting or participating in activities, you acknowledge these risks.
  • La Codorniz Ranch LLC is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages that occur on-site or from consumption of farm products, except as required by law.
